Each full-priced booth rental includes one (1) complimentary guest room at the Hyatt Regency Dulles for the duration of the event (check-in Thursday, August 20; check-out Sunday, August 23). To receive this accommodation, the reservation form below must be completed and submitted no later than July 20, 2026. The complimentary room is provided solely as an included benefit of a full-priced booth rental and has no cash value. This benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted for any discount, credit, rebate, or reduction in booth fees, regardless of whether the exhibitor elects to use the room. Additional rooms or extended nights may be reserved at a special rate of $119 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees), subject to availability.
